We are recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to join our Customer Services Department.

Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be managing our customers’ requirements from receipt of order through to delivery. It’s a fast-paced, yet fun environment dealing with both UK and overseas customers using various IT systems including CRM. Our Customer Services Administrators are the face of Harrogate Spring Water, so ensuring that all customers receive the same excellent standard of service is paramount.
The successful Customer Services Administrator candidate will be extremely articulate, possess the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels (written and verbal), as well as:
– Have a meticulous eye for detail
– Have excellent organisational skills and demonstrate an analytical and logical approach
– Possess good IT skills
– Will be self-motivated, proactive and a team player who is confident in managing their workload
– Is solution-focused
– Knowledge of export procedures would be beneficial
