Harrogate Spring Water began in 2002, proudly continuing a heritage of  over 450  years, with little more than a handful of committed and dedicated people who had a vision to make Harrogate Spring Water the success that it is today. Now, we employ over 80 people in a wide variety of roles, each of equal importance to the continued success of the business.

Our company values were launched in 2016 and these guide us in all that we do on a daily basis and in planning for the future: “To operate with respect and integrity, whilst delivering excellence and the highest possible standard of service”

We think that Harrogate Spring Water is a great place to work. We offer our colleagues a supportive, caring and inclusive environment in which to work. We often refer to our ‘Harrogate Family’, which is exactly what we are.

In our opinion, our people are our greatest asset and we work hard to ensure that our colleagues understand their roles and have all they need to be able to deliver their objectives. We advocate a culture of encouragement, personal growth and professional development. Through regular communications with our colleagues on the business performance and its direction, we pride ourselves on our culture of peers working together to achieve both our company and personal goals, celebrating our successes as we grow.

Our benefits
Aside from our beautiful location, adjacent to The Pinewoods, we offer all of our colleagues a company pension scheme and life insurance as standard, along with other benefits too, as well as our legendary Christmas Party!
