The 2023 Royal Raspberry Spritz by Merlin Griffiths
Alcohol-free 0% ABV

A long, zesty cocktail with light ginger warmth and tart raspberry flavour. Perfect for the summer sun, light and refreshing yet sophisticated

Ingredients:
Cubed Ice | 4 barspoons /20ml Raspberry Puree, 25ml fresh lime juice | 20ml Ginger Syrup | Harrogate Sparkling Water |Lime, Mint and Raspberries to garnish.

Method:
– Add lime juice, raspberry, ginger syrup to the glass, fill glass with cubed ice
– Add a splash of Harrogate Sparkling Water and stir, before topping with more Harrogate Sparkling
– Garnish with mint sprigs, a lime wedge and raspberries.

 

The 2022 Jubilee Spritz by Merlin Griffiths
Alcohol-free 0% ABV

This year’s new zero-alcohol cocktail is the perfect serve to celebrate Royal Ascot. Lavender, famously grown in Yorkshire, and Harrogate Sparkling water combine with aromatic 0% botanical spirit, complimented by a touch of fresh lemon for a refreshing, herbal ‘English Cucumber & Lavender Lemonade’.

Ingredients

25ml CleanCo 0% Clean Gin
15ml Monin Lavande syrup
20ml Fresh lemon juice
75ml Harrogate Sparkling Water

Recipe

Add the Lillet, Maraschino, Lavender and Lemon to a cocktail shaker and shake briefly
Strain into empty highball and pour in 75ml Harrogate’s Sparkling Water.
Fill glass with cubed ice and garnish with edible flowers and lemon zest.


The 2021 Royal Rose by Camille Vidal

This Regal alcohol-free spritz is charged with Harrogate Sparkling Water ,Ceder’s Pink Rose, fresh grapefruit juice, floral rose water and raspberries. This alcohol-free mindful cocktail is light, refreshing and elegant – perfect for celebrating an event like no other!

Ingredients
– 75ml | 2.5oz Ceder’s Pink Rose*
– 75ml | 2.5oz pink grapefruit juice
– 20ml | 0.75oz raspberry syrup
– 1 tsp rose water
– Top up with Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water

Method
Build the ingredients into a large wine glass filled with ice, give a gentle stir and garnish!

The ‘On The Nose’ by Matthew Lewis,
2021 Mindful Cocktail Competition winner

Alcohol-free 0% ABV

This refreshing  cocktail uses Harrogate Sparkling with non-alcoholic white wine to create a delicious botanical spritz with crisp notes of Yuzu and Apricot. The name ‘On The Nose’ is a playful nod to Ascot and a subtle reminder to enjoy the fragrant aroma of the cocktail before you sip!

Ingredients
1/2 Barspoon Steenbergs
Orange Blossom Flower Water
10ml Clear Honey
20ml Lemon Juice
25ml non-alcoholic white wine
25ml Routin 1883 Premium
Apricot Syrup
10ml Yuzu Syrup
Harrogate Sparkling Water

Method
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour
into an ice-filled glass.
Top up with 200ml sparkling water and garnish with
rosemary, a lemon wheel and bee pollen.

The APERI-TEA-VO by Camille Vidal
Alcohol-free 0.0% ABV

Ingredients
– 50ml | 2oz MARTINI Vibrante* non-alcoholic aperitif
– 50ml | 2oz Rooibos tea
– 10ml | 0.3oz lemon juice
– 10ml | 0.3oz apple cider vinegar* 
– 1 tsp honey
– Top up with Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water

Shake

Lemon wheel & bee pollen

Method
Add all the ingredients except the sparkling water into your shaker, fill with ice and give it a good shake. Pour the mixed ingredients into the glass over ice (add more ice after so it’s filled to the brim) and top up with the Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water. Garnish with the lemon wheel & bee pollen, et voila!


The Winter Spritz by Camille Vidal 
Alcohol-free 0% ABV

Ingredients
– 50ml | 2oz Everleaf Forest
– 25ml | 1oz GIMBER*
– 75ml | 3oz NOUGHTY* non-alcoholic sparkling wine
– 50ml | 2oz Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water

Technique
Build

Glass
Wine glass

Garnish
Orange slice, cinnamon stick & thyme

Method
Simply fill your wine glass with ice cube and pour in your measured ingredients, gently stir and garnish. Sit back and enjoy your delicious Mindful Cocktail!
