Have your mindful cocktail featured at Ascot’s cocktail bars and win £1000 prize money!
We’re launching our first ever cocktail competition in partnership with mindful mixologist and La Maison Wellness founder Camille Vidal.
The last year has been extremely tough for the hospitality industry which is why we want to provide a little inspiration and a creative platform for bartenders, mixologists and cocktail lovers to create some delicious drinks using Harrogate Spring Water!
The low and no market is booming, and we want to see how you can to tap into this exciting (and tasty) category!
Create your own unique low or no cocktail using Harrogate Spring still or sparkling water. You can use syrups, waters and fruit as well as non-alcoholic spirits or small 25ml measures of regular spirits.
Have your cocktail sold at Bit and Bridle and the Juniper Gin Terrace, plus all the Fine Dining Restaurants at Ascot Racecourse. Ascot will host your recipe card online and promote your serve at the venue. We will also provide a donation to the Drinks Trust with every cocktail sold!

An overnight stay at a luxury 4* hotel for you and your plus one
We will also choose 2 x runner ups who will receive a year’s supply of water and tickets to the Ascot event in September!
What You Need To Do:
Create your signature cocktail using Harrogate Spring and the ingredients of your choice!
Take photos (you could also submit a video clip!)
Tell us the ingredients, recipe and what inspired you!
Post your video and/or photos of the cocktail along with the recipe and the inspiration behind it and tag @harrogateSpring on Twitter or Instagram and use #mixwithharrogate
What we’re looking for!
An expert panel, including Camille, journalist and Drinks Trust representative – Millie Milliken – and Club Soda founder, Laura Willoughby will join Harrogate Spring to select the winner.
We want to see passion, flavour and creativity in a glass! We’re looking for something unique and creative. This could be a twist on a classic or something totally new that you’ve mixed together! Using ice is a great way of lengthening your drink and it maximises hydration too! We love highballs, large gin and wine glasses or perhaps a champagne flute. Don’t forget to think about garnishes! You could get playful with fruit, herbs or even dried flowers.
NB: We will honour the final winning recipe as much as possible, but there may be minor tweaks to ensure it’s replicable for the cocktail bars at Ascot Racecourse and brands may be switched in line with official partners.
