Today marks the start of #fizzfreefeb, a campaign that urges the public to stop drinking fizzy sugary beverages for the month of February. Backed by celebrity chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Tom Watson, the former deputy leader for the British Labour Party, ‘Fizz Free February’ champions switching to water to promote healthy hydration.

Start by crushing a small handful of mint leaf in a glass (crushing the mint helps release the oils!) before pouring in a bottle of sparkling water. Next, cut a lemon into segments and squeeze into the glass – Et Voila! A simple, refreshing drink perfect for a morning pick-me-up!

‘The Herbal One’ – Rosemary Water

Perfect for savoury lovers, this rosemary infused water brings a touch of herbal zing to the palate!Simply crush a few sprigs of rosemary and add to your bottle of Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water or to your glass. Remember, the flavour will intensify the longer it’s left to infuse!
